Customer Service: Dialing Pagers

The following is a set of instructions you should follow if you are attempting to contact a Facilities Services employee via a Customer Service owned pager.  For more information, contact the Facilities Services Customer Service Center.

Voice Pagers

To make a page to a voice pager:

1. Dial
• On campus: 4-7243
• Off campus: 254-7243
2. At the voice prompt, dial the pager number.
3. At the next prompt, begin speaking. (12 seconds maximum)
4. Dial # to end your message.

Alpha-numeric Pagers

1. Dial
• On campus: 4-7243
• Off campus: 254-7243
2. At the voice prompt, dial the pager number.
3. At the next prompt, type in the digits of your message.
   • you may use the * key to enter a dash (-).
     (as in 555-1212)
4. Dial # to end your message.
