Maintenance Types:
- Routine:
- Unscheduled day-to-day repairs.
- Preventive:
- Scheduled inspection, lubrication and adjustment.
- Mechanical Shop and Shindler Elevator.
- Planned:
- Scheduled projects to restore or repair systems.
- Deferred.
- Planned maintenance that has been deferred due to lack of funds or is awaiting optimal scheduling.
- Capital Renewal
- Systematic replacement of building systems at the end of there life.
- Capital Improvements
- Addition to, or alteration of facilities so that they can be used more effectively or adapted for new uses.
